Shipping:

Items arrive in custom JSE Home gift wrap-style packaging. 

JSE Homes ship to all 50 states in the US.

Orders placed before 12pm EST are processed by the following business day; orders placed after 12pm EST or on holidays are processed within 2 business days.

Your package will arrive within 5-7 business days of processing. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped .

Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, 

To complete your return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 30 days of receiving your RA#.  

If you decide to return an item(s) to JSE Home, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, taxes and the cost of returning the package to JSE Home. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. 

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
